Duty and Honor (Early Access)

Also before you ask, yes, everything silly happening is intentional. The game is meant to poke fun at "Early Access" games via funny glitches.

Welcome to Duty and Honor Early Access version 0.0004.1! (satire)

Bug fixes:
- Removed melee so the character won't glitch through enemies anymore.
- The reload animation had some issues, so we integrated a gun with infinite ammo into the game's lore.

Known issues (intentional satirical glitches):
- Enemies apparently sometimes behave strangely when shot.
- We're told that enemies cause physics glitches in some objects.
- Red barrels don't always act as indended when shot.
- Enemies don't sound manly enough.

Setting:

In the Sovereign Nation state of Talania, a rogue district overseer has organized a mercenary force and some of the most brilliant but morally deficient scientists in the world. He is designing a new technology that will allow him to seize control of the world's energy supply. Your mission is to infiltrate his underground lab using an abandoned metro system and blow it to heck. You are authorized to use any means necessary to accomplish your mission. The world's future is in your hands.

An early access shooter promising AAA quality at release? What could possibly go wrong?

Making of:

subway, bunker, helicopter, military, swat, science lab, grenade, hangar, army base, menu, screaming, fire.

We made the rest of the assets using Blender, Substance Painter, and FL Studio. The game runs on Unreal 5, which is currently in early access. :)

Jacob - 18 years old, avid Unreal user, and 6 years of experience in game development. Worked on programming, AI, level design, sound & music, 3D modeling/texturing.

Jerry - Game development hobbyist, worked on weapon/tool rigging, programming, and setting up the UI.
